The right candidate brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability, experience managing hourly labor in a service-based industry, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Operations: Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure all services meet quality and safety expectations, conduct inspections and safety audits, and monitor inventory and supply orderingLeadership: Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach assigned employees. Manage staff performance, including discipline and terminations as needed, while building and maintaining a stable, safe, and reliable workforceCustomer Service: Serve as primary point of contact for client leadership, including regular walkthroughs and meetings, and resolving issues quickly and professionallyFinancial: Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee appreciation budgetsGrowth: Identify and sell additional service opportunities (tag work) and ensure successful execution.
