CT Technologist - Inpatient & Emergency (Weekend Schedule)

Role: The CT Technologist performs advanced imaging procedures, primarily in inpatient and emergency settings, using CT scanners and related equipment. Responsibilities Operate CT scanners, inject contrast, and assist radiologists with procedures and interventional CT work. Position patients accurately, ensure image quality, and follow safety protocols. Assist with patient scheduling, clerical tasks, and maintain accurate records. Provide patient care, education, and support for new technologists and medical staff. Develop and refine imaging protocols, participate in projects, and troubleshoot equipment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited program meeting certification requirements or hold current registry/certification. CT certification within 18 months; minimum of 2 years' experience for higher levels. ARRT in CT required within 18 months; BLS certification necessary. Proficiency in IV placement, exam protocols, and patient care. Strong communication, technical skills, and ability to train others.
