Production MIG Welder

1st Shift | Mon-Thu | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Join a family-owned manufacturer as a Production MIG Welder. You'll perform high-volume MIG welding on primarily mild steel parts while maintaining quality and production goals.

Responsibilities



Perform MIG welding (98%) and occasional pulse welding

Read blueprints, weld prints, and welding symbols

Complete fillet, butt, and circular welds

Grind, fit, and inspect parts as needed

Use measuring tools and overhead cranes

Work independently while meeting quality standards

Qualifications

2+ years of production MIG welding experience

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Experience with grinding, fitting, and measuring tools

Basic shop math skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pulse welding and overhead crane experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
