HR Operations Specialist I

BJC HealthCare has an opportunity for an HR Operations Specialist. This role supports HR programs, including compliance work, leaves, and other HR policies. Ideal candidates work autonomously, are highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Excel. Schedule: Monday–Friday during normal business hours. Hybrid office arrangement with some in‑office days. Responsibilities Demonstrate broad, generalist knowledge of HR programs, supporting the Employee Service Center, data management, and disability and leave management. Develop productivity skills, refine working style and time management. Build expertise using team tools, resources, and processes to streamline operations, automate tasks, and develop standard work. Perform well‑defined tasks to completion. Display communication skills, share progress with the team, and request and accept feedback to improve processes. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 2–5 years of HR operations or related experience.
