Executive Director Payment Integrity Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Operations

The Executive Director will define the enterprise Payment Integrity strategy across all line of business, including opportunity identification, prioritization, and roadmap development. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business / economics 15+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy 7 years of leadership experience Leadership and strategic decision making skills Executive level communication skills Relationship management and customer satisfaction Problem solving / analytical thinking Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, due diligence Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs Experience translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Compensation: $191,500.00 - $355,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
