Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on collaborative decision-making.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions across diverse modalities, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family dynamics, and group therapy settings.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness to needs.

• Lead parent support groups, integrating specialized knowledge to address placement issues and adoption, particularly concerning children exposed to substances prenatally.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, ensuring all services reflect cultural competence and sensitivity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients, including adults and children/adolescents facing various life challenges, relationship issues, mental health conditions, and transitional crises. As you engage with clients, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific emotional and psychological needs, employing evidence-based practices to enhance their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
