Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients, ensuring that each plan reflects their individual needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, contributing to the integrity and continuity of care.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, coordinating treatment efforts with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Balanced Minds Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and provide tailored therapy will be essential in promoting their mental well-being and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
