Financial Analyst - Accounting

Position Overview dormakaba is hiring a Financial Analyst - Accounting (hybrid) based in Indianapolis, IN to help drive financial excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, overseeing key aspects of the dormakaba Holding entity, supporting balance sheet reviews with site leadership, and partnering with Shared Services and business locations to implement accounting changes. The successful candidate will play an integral role in achieving financial goals and strengthening accounting processes and controls. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do Perform analysis and reporting of dormakaba Holding entity in coordination with Shared Services team Support internal and external audits, coordinating with sites and the audit team Support the review and improvement of accounting processes; implement Group Accounting directives Participate in Balance Sheet reviews and follow up on action items Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4Hana in sites, as well as in other projects, to gain efficiency in reporting and performance analysis cycles, new initiatives and ad hoc data requests What we require Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical discipline Ability to work cross functionally and across business boundaries to solve issues and drive tasks and projects to completion Ability to communicate with senior management Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles What we prefer MBA is a plus Experience with an integrated ERP system, SAP experience a plus AI experience a plus What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
