About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Southeast Sales region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving double-digit annual sales growth, leading a team of Regional Sales Directors and Sales Executives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and renewal goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in a highly transactional, fast-paced environment. The RVP will be tasked with building and developing a high-performing sales organization, creating and implementing sales plans, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include attracting, developing, and retaining top sales talent, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers to enhance retention and increase sales. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong background in managing a direct sales organization. Experience in a B2B environment, particularly in commercial real estate, property technology, financial services, or related fields, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to retain and develop strong sales leaders, work across the organization to influence stakeholders, and lead the team to success. The role demands a high-energy professional with excellent interpersonal skills, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence. A commitment to prior employers, a current and valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record are also required.
