Bus Line Assembly Worker (Assembler)- Pay up to $16/hr- IN.

Location: Westfield, IN

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)

• Assemble seat cushions and backrests according to specifications.
• Install vinyl coverings on bus seats and seat backs.
• Use hand tools to attach seat components and hardware.
• Package and box finished products for shipment.
• Lift and move materials, including team lifting heavier items.
• Rotate between workstations throughout the shift.
• Maintain quality standards and production goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Proven reliability and strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Experience using hand tools.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Automotive assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic work instructions or blueprints.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, IN 46074.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
