Inpatient Pharmacist Opportunity
An inpatient pharmacist opportunity is available in Rio Rancho, NM, offering a 13-week contract starting on March 10th. This role supports a 315-bed facility and involves the 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift with every other weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and review medications for inpatient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective pharmacological treatments.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Valid New Mexico pharmacist license is required.
- Strong knowledge of hospital inpatient pharmacy operations.
Schedule:
- 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Every other weekend rotation
