About the Role
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing the ordering, delivery, installation, maintenance, and service of dental equipment for customers within a large manufacturing environment. This role acts as a liaison between equipment specialists, sales representatives, customers, manufacturers, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure the successful and timely completion of equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment sales, review quotes and orders for accuracy, and maintain detailed records of sales, deliveries, installations, and warranties.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, installations, and service appointments.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, and installers.
• Monitor project progress to proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate data entry and recordkeeping related to equipment projects.
