About Procon E&C:
Procon E&C is a specialty contractor focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have a proven track record in system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor, duct and louver work at SK sites, and collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various partners. We are seeking a qualified BIM Coordinator to join our team and assist in both sales and project coordination.

Position Summary:
The BIM Coordinator will split their time evenly between sales-related tasks and project coordination duties. This role involves working directly with customers to manage and maintain relationships, as well as collaborating closely with BIM engineers to ensure project success. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and managing the delivery of high-quality BIM solutions. Regular communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely project delivery and technical support, will be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in acquiring new clients and opportunities for the company’s BIM services.
• Work closely with BIM engineers to communicate client needs and ensure proper project execution.
• Coordinate and participate in project planning meetings, reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
• Deliver client feedback to the engineering team to continuously improve service quality.
• Organize and lead BIM project reviews and training sessions for clients and staff.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Proven experience in sales, customer management, and project coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (mandatory).
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and clients to solve complex project issues.
• Certifications in BIM or Construction Management are preferred but not required.

주요 업무:

• 고객 관계를 관리하고 성장시켜 높은 만족도를 유지합니다.
• 회사의 BIM 서비스 관련 신규 고객 유치 및 기회를 발굴합니다.
• BIM 엔지니어들과 협력해 고객 요구를 전달하고 프로젝트가 원활히 진행되도록 지원합니다.
• 프로젝트 계획 회의, 리뷰, 문제 해결 세션을 주관하고 참여합니다.
• 고객의 피드백을 엔지니어링 팀에 전달해 서비스 품질을 개선합니다.
• 고객 및 팀을 위한 BIM 프로젝트 리뷰 및 교육 세션을 조직하고 주도합니다.
• 프로젝트 진행 중 고객과의 주요 연락 담당자로 활동합니다.

자격 요건:

• BIM 소프트웨어(예: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) 실무 3년 이상 경험.
• Sales, 고객 관리 및 프로젝트 코디네이션 관련 입증된 경험.
• 영어와 한국어에 능통한 자 (필수).
• 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력.
• 엔지니어 및 고객과의 협력을 통해 복잡한 프로젝트 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력.
• BIM 또는 Construction Management 관련 자격증 소지자 우대.
