This role demands a thorough understanding of immigration laws, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for clients in court and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration case files from start to completion
• Conduct detailed legal research on immigration statutes and policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and develop strategies
• Prepare and review immigration-related documents and applications
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings
• Negotiate settlements or agreements with government agencies
• Draft legal documents, briefs, and correspondence
• Leverage extensive experience in immigration law to advise clients effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing immigration law
• Strong expertise in immigration law and legal research
• Proficient in client counseling and trial advocacy
• Skilled negotiator with excellent written communication
• Excellent analytical thinking and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ethical judgment in legal practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law as an attorney
