True Anomaly is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Tier 1 & 2 technical support to employees, troubleshooting computer systems, and maintaining networks and hardware. Your expertise in Windows and Mac OS, along with problem-solving skills, will ensure the ongoing usability of client systems.
