Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28-$30
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (time is subject to change)

What’s a typical day as Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating field travel for commissioning engineers and technicians to ensure optimal resource deployment across project sites.
- Maintaining project tracking systems and organizing project documentation, reports, and deliverables for multiple concurrent commissioning projects.
- Supporting quality management systems by tracking completion of checklists and coordinating audits and document review processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience.
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Are proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
