We are now hiring a Corp Dev Lead to help us expand across insurance infrastructure. You are stepping into a proven platform with momentum. The role comes with a constant pipeline of meetings and opportunities. Your job is to evaluate which opportunities are worth pursuing, structure the deals, and close. What You Will Do Evaluate a broad pipeline of partnership opportunities across the insurance ecosystem. Conduct financial and operational due diligence. Analyze businesses, markets, and strategic opportunities. Structure deals and work with internal teams on execution. Negotiate directly with founders, executives, and counterparties. Drive transactions from initial conversation through close. Support strategic initiatives across partnerships, M&A, and expansion opportunities. Who You Are Strong business development and deal-closing background with a proven track record. Comfortable with valuations, financial statements, and transaction analysis. High ownership, execution-focused, and willing to travel frequently. Able to move fast and operate with limited structure. Strong communicator who can build relationships and drive outcomes.
