IT Installation Technician
Henley
Henley, a modern American brasserie in Nashville’s Kimpton Aertson Hotel, seeks an IT Installation Technician to support our high-energy restaurant environment. This role installs and maintains POS terminals, network cabling, switches, access points, and guest Wi‑Fi to keep service running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, coordinate with hotel and vendor IT teams, and document all work. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, neat and reliable installations, and a guest-focused mindset that minimizes downtime during busy service periods.
