Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist at our onsite outpatient facility, you will work in a modern and well-equipped environment designed to support optimal patient recovery. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance without weekend or evening shifts. You will enjoy a low patient-to-therapist ratio, enabling you to dedicate ample time for personalized care, which enhances patient satisfaction and therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions for 1-2 patients per hour, using evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, mobility levels, and physical conditions, forming the basis for tailored treatment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to enhance patients' physical capabilities and overall well-being.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor progress through regular assessments, ensuring that each patient's path to recovery is efficiently tracked and adjusted as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, in compliance with clinical guidelines, to uphold the highest standards of practice and facilitate communication within the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, including athletes, active adults, and seniors, each with unique rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active Virginia Physical Therapy license is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, with demonstrated expertise in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
