Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and payroll team Fridays off.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Analyst:Process full-cycle payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employees across multiple states. Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and wage orders. Reconcile payroll results, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues. Support SAP HCM/ECP administration, vendor coordination, and payroll system enhancements. Assist with payroll integrations and implementations related to M&A activity. Partner with HR, Labor Relations, and Finance on union payroll, pay rules, liabilities, and reporting.Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Analyst:5+ years of multi-state payroll experience in a high-volume environment. Experience processing large hourly employee populations, ideally 500+ employees. SAP HCM, SAP ECP, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or similar enterprise payroll system experience. Payroll compliance expertise including taxation, garnishments, wage orders, and union payroll preferred.
