What You Bring Experience in a dental practice or med‑spa environment preferred (2-3+ years strongly preferred) Experience working in a fee‑for‑service (FFS) setting Knowledge of or exposure to sedation dentistry and caring for anxious or high‑acuity patients A strong hospitality mindset with concierge‑level service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of practice operations, patient flow, and scheduling logistics Familiarity with practice management systems A calm, organized, and solutions‑oriented approach to patient care What You Will Be Doing Deliver a warm, seamless, white‑glove experience from arrival through departure Coordinate scheduling for complex and sedation‑based procedures Guide patients through forms, treatment plans, and financial arrangements with discretion and care Prepare daily schedules and patient records for clinical teams Maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up communication Support patients before, during, and after sedation appointments to ensure comfort and confidence Manage front‑office and administrative responsibilities to maintain an elevated practice environment Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment. Schedule patient treatment appointments: reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment. Partner with the rest of the team to ensure providers’ schedules are optimized. Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals. Assist patient with financial arrangements. Complete estimates on patient portion of treatment. Utilize outside financial partners like CareCredit. Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms. Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors. Assist at the front desk as needed. Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records. Other duties may be assigned.
