Benefits Training & development Flexible schedule Position Summary Speech Language Pathology Assistant – Phoenix, school-based position. 1099 contract. Part‑time (2 days, 8 hours guaranteed per day). New Horizon Therapy is seeking a qualified pediatric SLPA to provide support and services under direct supervision of a licensed SLP for children K‑12. Responsibilities Conduct ongoing speech sessions with students on caseload. Perform speech screenings as needed. Track data and report on goals for IEPs. Maintain accurate data on direct services. Clear communication with students, staff, and families. Qualifications Provide direct treatment by following developed IEPs. Document client performance and report to supervising SLP. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Hold a current SLPA license. Hold a current fingerprint clearance card.
