About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them create the bathroom of their dreams. Our marketing team generates the leads, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design customized bath remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
• Utilize our proprietary iPad-based sales platform
• Design customized bath solutions using company software
• Build rapport and identify homeowner needs

• Close sales and maintain a high conversion rate
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to deliver professional presentations with confidence
