About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to serve as the enterprise leader in the development and execution of logistics and distribution strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective movement of all types of freight, including inbound supplier, intercompany materials, and outbound finished goods. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in logistics across multiple business and operating models, and the ability to manage both company-operated fleet activities and third-party transportation providers. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading the governance of transportation terms and freight responsibilities, and must have a strong background in contract negotiations, as well as experience in global logistics, including international transportation and customs. Applicants for the Vice President of Logistics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree or professional certifications. A minimum of 10 years' experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, a proven record of delivering measurable improvements, and the ability to use data and KPIs to drive performance. Advanced analytical skills, experience in process optimization, and a strong knowledge of transportation and trade compliance requirements are essential.
