Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including preliminary interviews and ongoing assessments, to gain a clear understanding of each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and intervention strategies for clients, balancing therapeutic goals with their individual situations across various settings—individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward recovery.

• Monitor client progress and treatment compliance, regularly assessing and adjusting intervention plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case notes throughout all stages of the counseling process, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• Successful completion and proficiency demonstrated by passing scores on the NCE (National Counselor Exam) and/or NCMHCE (National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination).

Compensation and Benefits\n
