Our team operates during weekdays from 8 AM to 7 PM, offering flexible scheduling options that accommodate either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy through thoughtful engagement and evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess client needs by interpreting social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients through the application of effective therapeutic interventions, adhering to the scope of practice.

• Develop, coordinate, and implement care plans tailored to meet clients’ social and emotional needs in a hospice setting.

• Create a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters trust and mutual respect between you and your clients.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client feedback.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Maintain required caseload, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of services provision.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively design and refine care strategies for complex cases.

• Be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational and client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
