Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific concerns presented by clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations to ensure the integrity of patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment progress and share insights for elevating the quality of care.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options, promoting empowerment through knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n
