Marketing & Business Development Coordinator Peacock Architects Job Posting Aug. 21, 2026 MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Peacock Architects is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and outgoing marketing professional who enjoys both creating compelling work and building meaningful relationships. In this role, you’ll: Lead and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses and proposals Create presentations, project sheets, resumes, award submissions, and other marketing materials Identify new business opportunities and monitor procurement portals Collaborate with firm leadership, project managers, and consultants Coordinate shortlist presentations, interviews, networking events, and industry meetings Build relationships across the AEC community Help shape Peacock Architects’ presence and growth in the marketplace What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or business development Strong writing, editing, organization, and visual communication skills Experience in AEC or professional services preferred Confidence representing a firm at networking and industry events Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, and Teams If you’re someone who can turn information into a compelling story, manage multiple deadlines, and connect with people both behind the scenes and in the room, we’d love to hear from you.
