Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, residents, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entrances, gates, and access points; verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records in accordance with established procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and the perimeter, to help identify and report security-related concerns. Assist with traffic flow, special events, and member or guest inquiries while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a welcoming club environment. Minimum Requirements Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
