Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and personable Call Center Agent to communicate with customers by phone, provide information about products and services, and support a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings. Answer customer questions and address routine concerns. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct follow-up calls when appropriate to support customer relationships. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Assist with customer outreach and engagement activities. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and performance goals. Maintain a positive and professional tone during all calls. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
