Requirements Have a high school diploma or equivalent required Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Be willing to learn and be coached to be your best Be at least 18 years of age Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs. Have reliable transportation Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Work quickly and efficiently Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness guidelines Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary. Saturday availability necessary Responsibilities Prepare a variety of products including: Chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Set up line and work with others preparing meals, reading tickets, and working with others Adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards. Understand & adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standards.
