Seasonal Travel RN – PACU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, neurology, interventional radiology, ENT, general surgery, GI, vascular, and colorectal cases
• Manage patient ratios of up to 4 patients in preop and 1–2 patients in PACU
• Collaborate effectively with multiple departments and providers in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Fulfill on-call requirements, including one weekend call shift per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of current PACU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CPAN or CAPA certification
• Critical care background or experience
