Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a therapeutic alliance that fosters openness and engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools to evaluate and identify mental health disorders.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based approaches.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic support, including referring clients to specialists when additional care is required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
