Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their mental health journey.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated care and address all aspects of clients’ health.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously improve therapeutic strategies.
