Responsibilities
- Develop new tire dealers, repair shops, and commercial fleet customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote commercial truck tires and related products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience required; tire industry experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial truck tires, automotive, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Existing relationships with tire dealers, repair shops, distributors, or commercial fleets are highly preferred.
