Salary: $53,000 and higher depending education and experience. Plus benefits: paid time off, health, vision, dental and life insurance.
Description: The position focuses on all aspects of employee benefits coordination, management, implementation, billing, and other related processes. This position also provides day-to-day assistance performing functions of the HR Department, and strives to improve the overall employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
AA Degree in Human Resources or related field, experience in insurance administration or closely related area. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain benefits information clearly.
