Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions and clarify complex coverage details in plain language.
• Process policy endorsements and address billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and secure necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within our digital systems.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new policyholders.
• Proactively reach out to clients to review their coverage needs and ensure they remain well-protected.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license is a plus (open to candidates willing to obtain license)
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• Clear and empathetic verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
