Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions and clarify complex coverage details in plain language.
- Process policy endorsements and address billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and secure necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within our digital systems.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new policyholders.
- Proactively reach out to clients to review their coverage needs and ensure they remain well-protected.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license is a plus (open to candidates willing to obtain license)
- Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
- Clear and empathetic verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
