This role is remote-based and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

About This Role:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can independently translate business ideas into a variety of assets across content, digital, and social platforms. This is a hands-on production role focused on execution at speed and scale, with a strong emphasis on presentations, motion graphics, video, and social content.

The successful candidate will create compelling, brand-aligned content — from PowerPoint storytelling and social assets to motion graphics and video — while operating autonomously in a distributed, cross-time zone environment.

Job Description:

Hands-On Design And Production

• Execute high-quality design across presentations, social and paid media, web, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce polished PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate complex ideas through strong visual storytelling.
• Develop and deliver assets quickly and accurately, with minimal oversight.

Motion Graphics And Video

• Create motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Edit and produce video content, including short-form social video and campaign assets.
• Assist storyboard development and translate concepts into engaging motion and video formats.
• Ensure consistency of motion and video output with brand standards.

Social And Digital Content

• Design social-first assets, including static, animated, and short-form video content.
• Adapt content for platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and digital display advertising.

Execution And Workflow

• Manage projects end-to-end from concept through production, with strong ownership of timelines and deliverables.
• Work independently across time zones, proactively communicating progress and resolving issues without constant direction.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure all assets meet brand and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Experience

• Experience in a design, motion, or digital production role in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a distributed team environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong production work across presentations, motion, video, and social.

Core Skills

• PowerPoint layout and visual design expertise (must-have).
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design fundamentals.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Video editing and production capabilities.
• Ability to design across digital, social, and presentation formats.
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality.

Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Video editing tools (Premiere Pro or equivalent).
• PowerPoint.
• Figma or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with prompting and leveraging genAI tools (e.g., for ideation, content generation, and production workflows).

Ways Of Working

• Self-directed and highly reliable in remote, asynchronous environments.
• Understand Brand Style Guide and leverage when working outside existing templates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present work.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
• Curious about emerging formats, tools, and trends in motion and digital content.

Nice-To-Have

• Experience with B2B marketing content.
• Experience creating high-volume social or campaign content.
