As a Graphic Designer in this pivotal role, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to significantly impact the visual identity of two distinct yet interconnected brands. You'll be instrumental in shaping sophisticated, high-impact designs that resonate with a premium audience, influencing everything from groundbreaking community launches to advanced digital payment platforms. Your work will directly contribute to how these brands are perceived and experienced, driving engagement and success across diverse touchpoints.

We are seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a designer with 3-5 years of experience creating sophisticated brand work across digital, print, motion, and social media. You will leverage your deep understanding of contemporary design, typography, photography, visual storytelling, and brand systems to create elevated marketing for premium consumer brands within real estate, technology, or financial services. You'll translate the essence of both our luxury homebuilding brand and our innovative payments platform across every touchpoint-from community launches, advertising campaigns, sales centers, and environmental graphics to product launches, app marketing, digital campaigns, website experiences, social media, and print collateral. We are looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, can balance multiple projects simultaneously, and brings a refined design perspective that reflects the craftsmanship of luxury and the innovation of modern technology.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Design teams to develop creative concepts through to final execution for both our homebuilding and payments brands.
Design and produce a wide range of brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, presentations, and social media platforms.
Actively contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Develop compelling creative for advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, events, community marketing, sales materials, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
Create engaging motion graphics and visual content specifically for digital campaigns, social media, and product marketing efforts.
Support website, email, paid media, app marketing, and other digital experiences with compelling visual design solutions.
Manage multiple projects concurrently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Stay current with contemporary design, luxury branding, architecture, interior design, fintech, payments, Web3, and digital marketing trends to keep our brands at the forefront.
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate and/or fintech sectors.

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, typography, editorial, digital, and campaign design work.
• Proven experience designing for real estate, premium consumer brands, and/or fintech, payments, or technology brands is highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong typographic, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Extensive experience designing for print, digital, motion, email, web, and social media campaigns.
• A keen understanding of contemporary design trends across both luxury real estate and modern fintech brands.

Experience with software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, other motion software, and Figma.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems.
