Administrative Assistant

Be the first point of contact for clients and families, managing reception, scheduling, records, and the day-to-day flow of a behavioral health office. Responsibilities: Greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and answer phones. Maintain client files and electronic medical records accurately. Relay messages between clients and clinicians and follow up on inquiries. Prepare correspondence and documents and manage mail and deliveries. Log inventory and keep the reception area orderly. Collaborate with staff to support overall office operations. Qualifications: High school diploma generally required. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Comfort with computers and relevant software applications. Customer service orientation and professional presentation. Attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
