Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized tools and structured interviews to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, focusing on their individual goals and therapy objectives.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Conduct couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, address conflicts, and foster relational growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to reflect client progress.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Be prepared to offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training and workshops to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Advocate for clients by empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment while providing resources for additional support when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Prism Behavioral Center, you will work with a varied population that includes adolescents, adults, and couples. This diverse client base presents unique challenges and opportunities; your ability to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client will be crucial. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy is essential, demonstrating your ability to handle a range of clinical scenarios.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential to fulfill licensing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of $3000.
