Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and have the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission with total earnings ranging from $61,800 to $100,000 or more, depending on performance. Responsibilities • Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. • Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most. • Use strong negotiation and communication skills; build rapport quickly and pivot smoothly to close sales. • Work independently in the field, scheduled by AT&T for warm prospects, using company‑provided training, coaching, and mentoring. Qualifications 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred. Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets. Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use. Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer timelines.
