COMPENSATION BASE RATE

• 20.50 to $28.50 dependent on experience (includes shift differentials)
• 2,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full-time employment & 1-year commitment.

Job Description Supports the nursing department by providing direct resident care activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
