KIDS FIRST Swim School is the largest and fastest growing provider of swimming lessons in the US, and we are home to a highly coveted swim instructor training program! We teach lessons year-round in our heated pools that are specifically designed for teaching young children. Our curriculum is trademarked through the Library of Congress and is technique-based! We believe everyone should know how to swim, so we teach all ages from 2 months to adults!

We are currently seeking a full-time Aquatic General Manager in our suburban PA locations.

KIDS FIRST Swim Schools, the premier swim instruction provider in Maryland and Southeastern Pennsylvania, is looking for highly motivated, results-driven leaders to build teams in our Philadelphia markets.

An aquatic background is desirable, but not required-

First and foremost, we are looking for leaders.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams and managing the daily operations of a business, including ensuring high quality work from the team, and hiring an onboarding

QUALIFICATIONS -

· Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams

· High level motivation, the ability to self-start, and results orientation

· Excellent communications skills

· Strong organizational and administration skills

· Knowledge of budgets/forecasting and payroll

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide leadership and direction to team members

· Recruit and train new team members, and drive development of all team members

· Ensure that the quality of swimming instructor and facility operations is maintained

· Provide for a high level of customer service and satisfaction

· Manage the achievement of revenue goals

Quarterly Bonuses $3750.00 based on financial achievement.
