Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, assessing risk, and establishing safety plans as required to support clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is current and accurate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LCSW will focus on a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals undergoing detoxification and those seeking mental health support related to substance use and co-occurring disorders.
