You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor access records, and direct guests according to established protocols. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from a stationary front desk post; report unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. A Guard Card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
