You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and following site-specific access procedures. Monitor entry activity, manage visitor registration, and direct guests, employees, and vendors in accordance with established policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation as required by site policy. Support a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and prompt reporting of security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
