As the cornerstone of our training operations, the Chief Flight Instructor will oversee our team of dedicated instructors and manage our comprehensive flight programs, including our advanced avionics‑equipped SportCruiser fleet. Key Responsibilities Oversee the flight training operations and ensure adherence to all FAA regulations and Part 141 requirements. Requirements FAA Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certification, with Multi‑Engine Instructor (MEI) credentials preferred. Proven leadership experience in a flight training environment. Minimum of 1000 flight hours, with significant experience in instructing and curriculum development. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing a team.
