Operations Manager

About the Position This position is assigned to either the Sports/Indoor/Outdoor activity on Grissom ARB, Indiana. The primary function is to supervise NAF employees that perform work in the operations of maintenance; motor vehicle; linen exchange, and logistics for lodging operations with 175 or more rooms/units. This is a Regular part-time position with guaranteed hours between 20-34 hrs. The position is eligible for benefits. Who May Apply Open to everyone. Qualifying Experience Progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian lodging program, which provided knowledge of supervising other personnel. Familiarity with supply and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license. Supervision experience should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed and to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively. Experience which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, and efficiently both orally and in writing and the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks.
