Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Roles & Responsibilities - Manager – Sales Grade: E4 Preparation of realistic sales forecasts and requirement estimates / plan. Designing and development of brochures and catalogue for products. Renewal and updating of promotional materials at periodic intervals. Maintenance of customer database and updating the same at periodic intervals. Generation and creation of sales enquiry through direct marketing and other sources. Follow pricing and sales strategies. Collect data from competitors in respect of pricing strategies. Identifying new avenues for selling the company's products. Ensure timely conversion of enquiry into order. Submission of periodical reports to the management comparing the sales forecast with the actual sales. Co-ordination with the productions and installation department for adherence of delivery schedule. Following up payments from customers. To analyse the lost customer details and taking measures to bring them back. Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify trends that affect growth of sales and market share. To identify business opportunities within the defined territory. To organise / conduct presentations at customer's premises to establish company brand image.
